Parade Hosting is currently entering our clients into our NEW support and billing center! Over the next few weeks, if you are a client, expect an email with login information to the support area. Please do not submit a ticket asking where your login information is until we have declared on the main page that all clients have been entered in. To read more about this, click here.
In addition, please do not use any support or contact emails to contact us. We have put in a ticket system that will replace our old methods of contact. Please go to: http://www.paradehosting.com/support.php to find a link where you can submit a ticket. This applies to clients and all those who wish to get in contact. If you are a client have already received your login info to the support area, please login before submitting a ticket.
